Hi, I’m Pastor Dan Wilson, and I am delighted that you are exploring Hope.

At Hope we Gather in Grace, Grow in Faith, and Go in Service at a church where all are welcome.  Hope is about making Christ known in our communities.  Here you will experience life and worship in God’s amazing grace.  With joy we share that good news as we worship God and follow Jesus Christ in mission and service to neighbors in need, whether they are here on the Plateau of Enumclaw, or in South Africa or China. 

Hope is a church community for all ages, from many denominations, centered in the good news that we are saved by God's grace through our faith in Christ.  We live in the truth that Christian faith is about a relationship with God that transforms our lives here and now.  It’s faith that opens our hearts to God and to others.

GATHERING IN WORSHIP THAT NOURISHES US.  Vibrant worship in contemporary and traditional styles leads us into a deepening relationship with God.  We live in the truth that God is God for all people, and all are welcome.

GROWING THROUGH EDUCATION THAT EQUIPS US for living a Christian life. Children’s Sunday School.  Confirmation and Inquirer’s classes.  Active middle and high school groups.  Adult Bible study groups.   Discussion groups like “Brewed Awakenings” that meet in local coffee shops.  Sunday adult forums on contemporary topics, presented in an atmosphere of open and civil discourse, help us discover faith in our everyday lives.  God is with us as we grow in faith.

GOING IN COMPASSION THAT EXTENDS US as we follow Jesus’ mission into the world. We work to end hunger locally through active participation in Plateau Outreach Ministries.  We support three missionaries who were raised at Hope.  Habitat for Humanity, community children’s programs, quilts and prayer shawls, prison ministry, and more.
